I visited this shop today with an older and disabled friend. We were able to get an examination immediately. The optician was excellent in working with my friend to find a solution to his vision problems. His questions were very «grundig» (comprehensive) but he was able to make the questioning friendly and helpful. I was very pleased that he looked at all the circumstances that can affect on older person’s vision, including things like medication, family history, and general health condition. After the examination, we had excellent help in finding a suitable frame for the reading glasses that he needed by a pleasant staff member. I think that the service we had was very professional, complete, and actually enjoyable. I strongly recommend this excellent business. I can especially recommend the shop for older persons or their friends and family as a place that will do professional work with a very kind, human touch. – Benjamin B.
